MinnePod, a podcast previously named MinneStory founded in February 2018, was renamed as of September 2019 to avoid confusion and to respect the copyright of MinneStories™ through the Minnesota Department of Health. All previous episodes will remain available and the minnestory.org website will redirect to the new minnepod.org website until September 2020. All future episodes will be released under the new name of MinnePod. Thank you for your patience during this transition!
What is MinneStories™?
MinneStories™ was founded by the Minnesota Department of Health in 2015 and first shared its content in 2016. Since that time, the Newborn Screening program has continued to build its audience by recording and sharing families’ stories about their own, personal experience of being impacted by newborn screening. Through the power of storytelling, they seek to inspire hope and build community through shared experiences. This product is a collection of 2-5 minute clips of two individuals who know each other sharing about life after a newborn screening diagnosis. MinneStories™ is a 40-minute interview that is edited down and released as an individual MinneStory™ to share on its website, social media platforms, and community.
